When we work with a buyer as an exclusive buyers agent, we commit to finding our buyers them the RIGHT home, not just any home! Sometimes that means looking in locations outside the MLS, such as sellers whose home are not on the market yet, or who are selling "For sale by owner", with a flat fee broker, etc...

Buyer "A"
Acreage, Southern Locations
This buyer wants to be on an acreage of 1-6 acres in a location with the following boundaries: South of I-80; West to Hwy 65/69; East to Prairie City; South to approximately Hwy 92; West to I-35. This buyer may also consider Grimes and Granger locations. Any style home with 2 car garage, outbuildings a plus!

Buyer "B"
Des Moines; Beaverdale or lower Beaver neighborhoods or West Des Moines

This buyer is looking for a ranch home with a 2 car detached garage in the Beaverdale, lower beaver, or West Des Moines areas. 1,100 Square feet with 1.5 bath would be ideal. Updates are a plus. 135,000 to 150,000 price points.

Buyer "C"
Western locations Town home.

This buyer wants to move to a town home in the Western suburbs including West Des Moines, Urbandale or Waukee locations. $135,000 to 150,000 is the ideal rice point in either a ranch or story and a half floor plan.

Buyer "D"
Acreage setting in the Norwalk School District
An acreage suits this buyers needs well! They want to be on 3 to 5 acres in or around the Cumming, Norwalk or a rural location inside the Norwalk School District. A two car garage and at least one out building is a must. A pond or timber is even better. Ranch or other styles considered. Price range up to approximately $325,000.

Buyer "E"
Small acreage or large in town lot
This buyer is relocating to Des Moines from another market and is looking for 2,000+ square feet in a ranch or two story with a 2 car garage plus an additional space for boat or RV storage. Larger in town locations are being considered, or small acreage settings with easy access to the southern areas around the airport. Up to the $350,000 price range.
